We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders to the United States. Excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed on through our website take approximately 1 business day to process. Takes another 3-7 business days to delivery. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

How will my delivery be shipped?

All orders will ship via one of the following shipping companies: UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Please note that your tracking information will be sent directly from one of these companies to the email address you provided. You'll receive this tracking information separate from the order status update emails you receive from us.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,please contact us for more support before the package is sent.
